The sixth programme consolidates the previous programmes and consists of a number of projects in the following areas of law: codification; obligations; persons; property; statute law revision and consolidation; trusts; and diligence. The continuing work on property is expected to absorb the most resources. There is also a comprehensive report on the progress of the fifth programme.
