In continuation of HCP no. 978 of 2002-2003. Under the Enterprise Act 2002, on 1 April 2003, the appeal tribunal functions of the Commission were transferred to the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and the Competition Service acquired the function of providing support services to the CAT.
