EC note: These Regulations amend the 2005 Regs which implement in Northern Ireland Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, as amended. It lists an additional 13 Directives that add a further 27 active substances to Annex I. The Regulations also include: (a) Directive 2006/76/EC which amends the active substance specification for Chlorothalonil which was added to Schedule 1 by Directive 2005/53/EC and; (b) Directive 2007/7/EC which amends the expiry dates of 7 active substances already added to Schedule 1 by Directive 2000/80/EC.
