Under the "Data Protection Laws" (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), as amended or supplemented), TSO is a "controller" of personal information. Obtaining Your Personal Information
When you register for an account on the Site
If you register for an account on the Site, we will collect basic information about you including your name, email address, landline and mobile telephone number and postal address. You will also have the option to provide your job title and information about your employer or the company that you represent, if applicable.

How We May Share Personal Information
In order to source the product that you require and ensure that it is delivered as quickly as possible, it sometimes may be necessary for us to pass the delivery address details to an external publisher or supplier acting on our behalf to enable them to dispatch the goods that you have ordered directly to you. Email Marketing Communications
TSO offers a free email newsletter subscription service to keep you informed of our products and services. You may provide your consent to receiving these newsletters when you create an account or place an order with TSO online.
We incorporate a tracking system in our email marketing communications which allows us to monitor whether the email has been opened and which links are the most popular. This allows us to tailor and refine our service to ensure that the emails you receive are relevant to your interests.

If you are a business customer, or a reseller of TSO's products, we may send you direct marketing materials or contact you by telephone to keep you informed of products, services and events that we feel may be of interest to you. We may also use your personal information to keep you informed of new and/or existing products that are similar to those which you have previously purchased.

We may also collect the domain name and email address of visitors to this website and those that communicate with us via email. We may also collect other aggregate information, e.g. information about the pages users access or visit and the transactions they perform there and any other information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or site registrations. We can also identify the web browser that the user is using and the way in which the user has accessed our website, e.g. via a particular hyperlink or link contained within a marketing email.
