Occasionally - for reasons such as overstock, damage, or short supply - credits have to be applied to accounts and goods need to be returned to TSO. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
All returns must be authorised by TSO and adhere to our warehouse specifications. If you feel you have a valid reason for return, please contact our export sales team by email email@example.com for authorisation. Returns should then be sent back to our warehouse with an authorisation letter which will be provided by the Export Sales Team.
Please note: Returns that are sent to the warehouse without an authorisation letter or not adhering to the warehouse specifications may not be credited, and charges may be applied.
