Key features:

The Immigration Appeal Reports offer a compendium of significant domestic and European decisions in immigration, asylum, and human rights law. The Editorial Board is comprised of High Court and Upper Tribunal Judges.

It selects important judgments for inclusion in the Reports which are published over six issues per annum. Each judgment is preceded by a headnote which summarises the decision and provides a list of cases, legislation and international instruments referred to in the judgment.

The headnotes are written by the Contributing Editors from the Legal & Research Unit which supports judges of the Immigration and Asylum Chambers, by providing legal research and information services. Each issue also contains a chronological table of cases, an alphabetical table of cases and a cumulative subject index.
