Terms and Conditions

The following rules apply to free delivery offer by ordering one or more of the publications specified in paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Free delivery offer: This applies to standard delivery via Royal Mail within 2 – 5 working days and excludes next working day, recorded or special delivery services
   
   
2. Publications included within the free delivery offer: This applies to Life in the United Kingdom paperback publications with the following ISBN references. 9780113413409, 9780113413423, 9780113413430, 9780117082557 and 9780113413959. It excludes other formats such as PDF, CD, MP3 and eBook. It also does not include oversize format publications of any of these titles.
   
   
3. The above ISBN's can be purchased together as a group purchase transaction and would still qualify for free standard delivery. If a publication is added to an order that falls outside the stated ISBN’s a delivery charge would be applied to the order.
   
   
4. The free standard delivery offer runs between Monday 15 May 2017 and ends at 23:59 on Sunday 11 June 2017 and only applies to purchases made via www. tsoshop.co.uk.
   
   
5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these rules at any stage without prior notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion, especially if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any such cancellation or changes to the rules will be notified on the Promoter's website.
   
   
6. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   
   
7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
