He subsequently contributed to the development of portfolio and benefits management across government for the UK Cabinet Office, and led research for the OGC PPM Standards Group. Steve is a frequent speaker, trainer, and author in the fields of portfolio and benefits management. He holds professional accounting qualifications, an MBA, and a Master of Studies from Cambridge University.
